With a degree in Business Management, IT & Marketing along with years of experience in IT in a large multi-national organisation, I transitioned from the corporate world of helpdesk software adminstration, to become a Freelance Web Designer and SEO Consultant in 2009.
My background includes expertise in database design for IT Support Helpdesks, using varying helpdesk software to fit ITIL frameworks. However, over the years, I’ve honed my skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, Web Design & WordPress Development … with a spattering of Search Engine Optimisation skills, allowing me to build custom websites that meet the unique needs of businesses across various industries.
